When you join Misfits Market, you unlock access to high-quality, sustainably sourced groceries at up to 30% off grocery store prices. Each week, you'll be able to shop during your assigned shopping window. To help you hit your order minimum, we'll get your cart started with curated picks. Remove whatever you don't want and add anything you do! You'll only be charged for what's in your cart when your window closes. And just like that, your box will arrive on your doorstep on your designated delivery day! You can skip an order, pause your subscription, or downgrade to our Flex Plan in your account at any time!
We have a well-rounded assortment of dozens of varieties of produce that varies by season. In fall and winter, for example, you can expect fruits like apples and citrus; greens like kale, chard, and cabbage; and other hardy stuff like squash, sweet potatoes, and cauliflower. We also offer harder-to-find fruits and veggies each season—garlic scapes, white asparagus, heirloom tomatoes, and varieties of cherries, just to name a few.
Misfits Perks is our loyalty program that helps you get rewarded with free groceries for shopping regularly at Misfits Market. On top of the everyday savings you’ve come to expect from us, you’ll automatically earn points for every grocery purchase. You can also earn additional points for simple actions like downloading our app.
You’ll receive a shipping email with tracking information when your order is ready to ship out, usually within 1-2 days after your billing date.
Your Misfits Market account will have an up-to-date status on all your orders. You’ll be prompted to build your next order for your preferred delivery day. If you have more specific questions, please get in touch using our contact form.
Customers who are enrolled in our Grocery Subscription may skip or pause their orders. Simply go to your account to opt out—or unskip if you change your mind. Please note that the deadline to make any changes to an upcoming order is 11:45 p.m. ET the day before your charge. You also have the option to donate food to people facing hunger if you’re not planning on an order in a given week.
Customers who are on our Flex Plan can simply opt not to build an order in any given week. The option to skip or pause is only available for customers on the Grocery Subscription because Flex Plan shoppers only receive orders when they build them.
First, we focus on sourcing wines that are organic, use sustainable practices, are low sulfite, or are vegan. From there, we curate bundles that highlight each wine’s unique flavor profile. Finally, we price them as competitively as possible compared to grocery stores so you can enjoy quality wines at prices that are cheers-worthy.
Yes! Customers in select areas can leave a tip for drivers. Just look for a line item at the bottom of your cart during your shopping window to see if you’re eligible.
Yes, our referral program rewards Misfits Market customers for spreading the word about our affordable grocery service. It’s simple to use. Sign in and go to your referrals page to find your personal code starting with COOKWME that you can share with friends. Each time a new customer uses your unique referral code at checkout or clicks on your referral link, they’ll get a special offer that’s good for their first order, and you’ll get a reward that will be automatically applied to a future order. Each person you refer to Misfits Market who makes a qualified purchase using your code will get $10 off their first order and you’ll get $10 off a future order.
