We created our Odds & Ends brand to offer high-quality staples at affordable prices, but also to find even more ways to reduce food waste.
We save nearly 5,200 lbs of chocolate annually from the landfill, thanks to our broken-up chocolate bars.
By using the not-quite-perfect-looking oranges to make our cold-pressed juice, we save 181,000 lbs of oranges from the landfill and 181,000 lbs from animal feed annually.
And by being a little more lenient with the broken kernels in our jasmine rice, we save 78,250 lbs of rice annually from going to animal feed.

Some of our groceries are rescued: they have cosmetic quirks, irregular sizes, or are just surplus, which means they might go to waste or lesser outcomes. While they may look a little different than what you’d find in a store, they’re more sustainable, delicious, and high-quality! We also source a wide range of non-rescued groceries, including meat, seafood and specialty produce and more to satisfy all your shopping needs.
